The Coast Guard proposes to establish a temporary safety zone on the Cuyahoga River, Cleveland, OH. This proposed rule is intended to restrict vessels from a portion of the Cuyahoga River during the Head of the Cuyahoga and the U.S. Rowing Masters Head Race International Championship. The safety zone established by this proposed rule is necessary to protect spectators, participants, and vessels from the hazards associated with rowing regattas.
