This document proposes to modify Class E airspace at Ashtabula, OH. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) 282[deg] helicopter point in space approach, has been developed for Ashtabula County Medical Center, Ashtabula, OH. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet or more above the surface of the earth is needed to contain aircraft executing this approach.
