EPA is approving a revision to the state of Missouri's section 111(d) plan for controlling emissions from existing hospital/medical/ infectious waste incinerators. The state modified two definitions contained in its 111(d) plan to make them equivalent to the EPA definitions. Approval of the revised state plan will ensure that it is consistent with the Federal regulations and is Federally enforceable.
