Management of the Presidio: Environmental Quality

This action extends until October 5, 1999 the period for public comment on the proposed rule published in the Federal Register (64 FR 39951-39963) on July 23, 1999 (proposed 36 CFR Part 1010). This proposed rule would implement the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and replace the Presidio Trust's interim procedures and guidelines implementing NEPA, the availability of which was noticed in the Federal Register on September 14, 1998 (63 FR 49142).
