This regulation sets forth the terms and conditions of the American Indian Livestock Feed Program (AILFP). Assistance will be available to Federally recognized Indian tribes when, as a result of natural disaster, a significant loss of livestock feed has occurred and a livestock feed emergency exists, as determined by the Commodity Credit Corporation.
