This interim final rule authorizes expenses and establishes an assessment rate for the California Olive Committee (Committee) under Marketing Order No. 932 for the 1995 fiscal year. Authorization of this budget enables the Committee to incur expenses that are reasonable and necessary to administer this program. Funds to administer this program are derived from assessments on handlers.
